Because we have long term agreements with our hospitals, you can work 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off or 1 week on and 3 weeks off. Continuity of care is optimal with WSGI, and therefore, we ask you to work a full week in our locations. We are not a locum company that fills 3 day assignments, but rather we partner with our hospitals and create a solution that is sustainable and is a win, win, win for everyone. That includes the patient, the hospital, and We Staff GI.
At WSGI, we pay more than a normal locum assignment. That is because we negotiate a better arrangement with our partners. Because of that, we can pay you better.
